For 30-Somethings Getting a New Grip on Their New 30-Something Figures

Rebuilding a New You ! Starting from the inside out.  As we get older, we sometimes have a hard time coming to terms with the reality that our bodies change. Some of us expand,  others droop a little.  So what can we do?
 

This is for 30-Somethings who are witnessing the odd changes before their eyes, realizing that the metabolism has gotten rather sluggish...This is about changing what we can and accepting what we cannot. If you were like me and not particularly athletic (but was once slim) but want to get back into shape then this is how we help each other, through understanding and support.

What We Cannot Change:

Our Body Type and Basic Frame Build

Basic Physical Needs; Food, Water, Sunlight, etc.

What We Can Change:

To Make the Most of that Frame and Build and Nurture It

Make Smart Choices in Nurturing Body and Soul

The trick is finding something you can enjoy, that may mean coming out of your comfort zone to try new activities.  You have to enjoy, or find a way to enjoy, activity and find some reward and pleasure in it or you will simply burn out.
Make health and vitality a lifestyle, not a project. Projects get ovewhelming, but a lifestyle is gradual and habit forming.
